Looking for that perfect outdoor event, birthday party or corporate recognition? We’ll provide a backyard BBQ that is second to none! Everything’s provided – from disposable plates and plasticware to the grill we cook on! It’s truly an experience that will bring you back again and again! Enjoy your guests while we prepare ribs, smoke BBQ, baked beans, cole slaw and chicken wings. Looking for a roasted pig? We can grill at your place or ours and provide everything you need to host your very own pig picking! (Sorry, but taxes, alcohol, rental charges for tables and chairs, amusement rides, etc. are extra – but we’ll be happy to take care of it all for you! - Per Person (minimums apply)

Looking for a Sit Down Dinner?

Delivered or available for pickup, we can provide simple to elaborate and everything in between! Complete with all paper products, serving utensils, warming trays and heating supplies (packaged in individual trays upon request), these meals are perfect when you want something with a little more substance. Of course, special requests and customized menus are available!

Pulled BBQ Sandwich – A generous helping of Carolina’s finest BBQ, served with Cole slaw, baked beans, or Hash and Rice and other items to pick from.

BBQ Ribs – St. Louis style ribs, loaded with meat, served with Cole slaw, potatoes, bake beans.

Rib Eye Steak Dinner – A 16oz. steak, grilled to order and served with baked or garlic mashed potatoes, fresh asparagus, a dinner roll.

Pork Loin Plate – served with mashed potatoes and gravey, or Open Face Pork Loin Sandwich served with French Fries, covered with gravy.
